How do I get rid manboobs?

I'm 17 , 5'8, and weigh about 178 lbs. My body fat % is somewhere in the Mid-twenties. My question is if it's natural to have manboobs with these statistics? And if it is, how do I get rid of them. I run about 8mph for 20- 30 min about 3 to 4 times a week. Will this help to get rid of them? Or is there a better way?

You are on the right track but bump the time spent running up to a solid 30 minutes and maintain the speed of 8 mph for the whole duration. Do not count warm up time as part of the workout. Also, exercises to build your chest muscles like mush-ups and bench presses will assist in burning the fat. What you want to do is the weight training first and then do your cardio.

I just want you to know that men love to work their 'beach' muscles. This is great but you have to maintain a balance. There are tons of guys across the nation with great looking muscular bodies but they have really bad posture which causes other problems. If you are going to do the work to build your chest, then you have to build the muscles in your back as well to maintin a balance. Pull-ups are a great exercise for building the back but I love to do reverse push-ups.

Lastly, remember to drink pleanty of water and to stretch. I normally recommend a good 15 to 20 minutes of stretching for every hour of exercise. I really hope that this helps! ☻
