That has been shown to increase male potency...Does anyone know? Looking for ways to increase potency

Supposedly if you get the males temp down he has a higher sperm count. Problem is too cold isn't good either... and too hot isn't good! an extreme either way isn't good for sperm count and or motility. So putting ice on a males testicles isn't really a good answer to a problem contrary to what people think. I've read the best way to get motility and sperm count up is to not wear tight fitting clothes, and go commando. Let the body do it naturally as it does best. Avoid briefs at all cost as well. So if you aren't going commando go boxers.
