im 18. everytime im having sex. as soon as i insert my penis it is very tense and i try to keep my mind off sex but i keep prematurley ejaculating within 1 minute. any help on what i can do to help this

First of all stop plunging it in! Then put your thumb and fore finger on the base of it and squeeze and at the same time squeeze or contract your Sphincter muscle, the same muscle that stops your from urinating, i.e. cutting off your stream before you're finished peeing. These two maneuveres should stop you from ejaculating unless you don't do it in time.
