Wat happens if i dont give my muscles 1-2 days of rest after a workout?
will my muscles get smaller? will they get bigger? will it negate the effects of my previous workout? help me plz

got to rest your muscles if you want them to grow - you can do bench presses every day and you will get stronger but your muscles will have trouble growing because they have to have time to rebuild and repair the damage from working out - do not work out any one body part more than 2x's per week - good luck
