Should I wait to work out again or work through the sorness?
I worked out on Monday and was sore yesterday and today. Is it smart to work out again this afternoon or wait until the soreness and stiffness goes away?
Answers:
Soreness is your bodies way of telling you "I need to rest".
The best thing to do is take it easy until the soreness goes away. But, I recommend taking a break no longer than a week. Otherwise, it will be very hard to get back into it.
