I have a black spot on the back of my penis, and it stings, what is it and how can I cure it?

Ok it has been bothering me since yesterday. It's a little black spot on the back of my penis and it stings and it looks like you can scratch it off. But it hurts like hell! What is it? What can I do to make it go away?
