I am a 15 year old boy and i want to weight lift. I dont want to max out but i want to get a alot of reps. Will this stunt my growth?

It could seriously damage you since your still growing, im not sure about stunting your growth. To be safe, do things with your own body weight. Chinups and Pressups are very effective for the upper body. Try a bullworker if your just starting out, I did and they're very effective in a short space of time and would solve the problem of not having an efficent exercise for places like legs and the back.
