hii everyone, does anyone know the signs that could mean that a guy cant father a child? does the fact that when a man is aroused he doesnt get wet mean he cant have children?

i mean he ejaculates but before ejaculation men normally release some watery fluids when aroused

Your question does not have information to judge correctly what you are asking. Male fertility can only be judged by performing semen analysis. Enough number of sperm, without abnormality and sufficient motility suggest fertility.
When you say man does not get wet when aroused, are you suggesting that he does not ejeculate?? I havent heard of it happening.
But in short, there is no way of telling man fertility without actual semen examination
