I need serious help with snoring?!


Question:

I need serious help with snoring?

i snore so loud that my partener can not sleep im in new zealand so can ayone please tell me what shop i can go to to get some cheap snoreing meds or something.
Is there something i can do myself to stop my own snoring

PLEASE HELP


Answers:

Drink lots of water through the night.
Sleep on 2 pillows while lying on your stomach.
Take nasal decongestant
