Answers:
1) Sperm can only survive outside the body for a very short amount of time (minutes) unless it is immediatly frozen for storage.
2) Chlorine (which is basically bleach) will kill sperm instantly. It will also kill the AIDS virus and you (if you were to drink a large dose of it).
3) Even if the sperm was somehow able to survive, swallowing it would have absolutely no effect on you (unless the person was infected with an STD) and it certainly wouldn't get anyone pregnant. Many women do swallow semen when performing oral sex and some men ingest their own semen after masturbating. Sorry if that was too gross, but it's a fact.
