i cant go to the gym and i don't have any weight lifting kit i just want some homemade things or whataver

there is 3 daily exercises you can do that will guarantee you a six pack at least.
1. Crunches - like a sit up, but pull up only half way (using your stomach muscles) Don't pull on your neck/head just hold your hands next to your head. (start with so 30 every day and go up with 10 a week)
2. Sit ups - Also don't pull on your neck/head just hold your hands next to your head. (also so 30 every day and go up with 10 a week)
3. Air cycling - Lay on your back, and cycle back and forwards with your feet moving your elbows to the opposite knee as you "cycle". Once again don't pull on your neck/head just hold your hands next to your head. (also so 30 every day and go up with 10 a week)
Using this routine you should start seeing results in as little as 4 weeks.
