Take zinc supplements. Zinc is very important in making testosterone and sperm. Other vitamins that may help are folate and vitamin C. Also limit alcohol. Your husband should see a Urologist who are specialists at treating this. eg. your husband may have Varicocele which 40% of infertile men have. Good luck.
