which one of these is best to gain mass and has no side effects plz tell me any one know i want to gain mass

Whey protein mixed with casein protein(milk) is the best for feeding your muscles. This is "natural", but I would stay away from creatine -studies vary about side effects but most of the time this is water retention. Creatine works by pushing water into the muscles to help make expand. There is usually weight gain from the water.
Your protein intake should be 1 to 1 1/2 grams per pound of body weight a day. The only time protein intake could be bad for you is if you have some type of liver condition. That's why its best to consult the Doctor before working out/supplemnting to make sure you ok.
