Firstly the straps have to be tight enough and the nose spacer appropriately adjusted to suit your face.
Years ago, we used to rinse them in the pool then spit on the inside of them so they didnt fog up. These days, many of the goggles have a fog free coating which prevents fogging up.. but it is a very fragile coating that is easily scratched.. dont ever wip ethe inside of the goggles with this coating.. just rinse them under clean water after every time you use them to remove the chlorine or salt.
I love swimming. I cant do freestyle backstroke or butterfly anymore because of a shoulder injury.. so I have to do breastroke... I train twice a week but 3.5 km of breastroke twice a week can be tedious.... with or without foggy goggles.. :-)
