My penis has an odd coloration?
the bottom half of my penis is slightly darker than the top half. right where the color changes there is a ring of really dark color that bulges out slightly. it goes all the way around. is this normal?

What you are describing could be completely normal. If by some chance it did not always look like this and recently changed then you might want to see a doctor. Otherwise, its just the way yours is designed.
