Well, I'ne never actually been a farmer but I've known a couple. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea to "grow and shape" them because it seems out of nature and might not only affect their milk production, but also their fertility, eating habits and probably their health in general.
However, doing so would make cheeseproduction so much easier! Imagine pre-triangled cheese. You just might be onto something here! I suggest breeding a female with a penguin, which seems to have kind of a triangle shape. Now, your first gwenguin isn't going to be perfect, but you're on your way to pre-refrigerated cheese.
