How do I build awesome triceps?
has anyone got any secret sets that they could share?
Answers:
With your elbows pointing up and your hands behind your head (HANDS FACING UP), hold a dumbbell in between your thumbs and fingers. Slowly raise the dumbbell straight up and then bring it back down behind your head while keeping your shoulders and biceps stationary. (your elbows bending back and then straightening should be the only movement.) Try this with a small amount of weight and then increase it once you get comfortable with the exercise. You can do this exercise sitting or standing up. (I usually sit) I guess I'll warn you ahead of time.... you will be VERY sore. But like anything else no pain no gain! I hope this helps you. GOOD LUCK
