I'm 15 years old, about 6'0" tall and 155 pounds. I am fairly skinny but when I sit down I always sigh to a roll of fat.
Now, I already know HOW to get them. "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym". (I'm indicating that it is based upon a good diet). So don't tell me HOW. I would appreciate an estimate of how long it will take.
Say I did, a mile run every other day, ate fruits and veggies, excluded junk food, and did about 200 crunches per night. Approximately how long should it take?

I run crosscountry, run 5 days a week. Don't do just 200 crunches that is such a waste of time. Do 400 crunches in variations: 100 crunches, 50 scissors, 50 back flutter kicks, 50 leg levers, 50 side crunches l/r, 50 regular situps. Now you are on a "roll" lol. Good luck bro. By the way keep the weight: you have a nice weight just do cardio like I suggested and when that gets to easy up the distance.
