That's going to depend on how big you are erect. But typically, a soft penis is 2-4" - but as they say, some are "grow"ers, some are "show"ers. Meaning, some guys may be small when they are soft, but get much bigger when hard (that's how I am...I'm about 4" soft and 8" hard). and other guys are about 4-6" when soft but all it does is get hard and doesn't gain any length.
And you balls hand low when they are too warm...when you are cold, they hug up to your body.
