I have itchy red spots on the head of my penis?

When i go to the bathroom, take a shower or jack off anything where my foreskin gets pulled back the head of my penis has some red areas that are very itchy. The head it self and the foreskin has some spots too. They are very iritating and are very itchy. I clean out my foreskin everyday and i don't know what they are. Is it just some iritation caused by contact with underwear? Some1 please help me out.

Are you sexually active? If so...Sounds like herpes to me. Look them up on webmd.com and see if they look the same as those.
