Will CLA and Flaxseed help me? Please read!?

Hey there, so, here's my stats, 5'4'' , 110 lbs, 8% body fat. I workout 6 times a week, alternating lifting 3 times, and cardio 3 times, with one day break. I eat six portioned meals a day, with protein, and carb, and veggies at each meal. Some of those meals i have protein shakes. I would consider myself quite fit, and in great shape. My problem is acheiving those washboard abs. I have definative abs already, but i would like them to be more "ripped." I read some stuff, about mroe cardio, and changing up workotus, and do that now. I am also trying to incorporate CLA and flaxseed into my diet. As of today, I am taking 1 g of flax, and 3 g. of CLA a day. Is this enough? Will I be able to get those ripped abs if I continue this for the next couple months, with the workout/diet regime I currently have. CLA and flax are commonly used for weight loss, not muscle building. Try creatine
