Guys, can anybody explain me what "pillow weights" are? and "soft pillow weights" either. I have no clue!!!
What is that??? Plz give me a sensible definition!! Or if you know Russian, translate it.

I can only offer a best-guess.
Gyms tend to have hand weights made of metal, with the weight stamped on them. However, some weights, especially lighter ones marketed for women, are vinyl-clad or neoprene-clad, often in a different pastel color for each weight. The vinyl offers not only ease in recognizing which one is which, but cushioning for the hand (and anything you happen to hit with it).
