I did not masturbate from 6 months ago and still i'm not having wet dreams is that ordinary or shall i have to go and see a doctor this issue is making me so worried.

Not everyone will have wet dreams, you sound perfectly normal to me apart from the fact you did not masturbate for six months, which is a long time, although not impossible. If you do not masturbate and do not have wet dreams then the semen will find it's way out through ordinary urination, when you do a pee, that's why sometimes it is like a milky white in the urine in the morning. Everything sounds perfectly fine to me. I am a little puzzled as to why you did not masturbate for so long though, perhaps it's your cultural or religious belief. Could you imagine though if the testicles only worked that way, you would be so swollen you would not be able to walk, that's why nature empties them every so often without you even knowing about it.
