Masturbation is harmful?!

Question:

Masturbation is harmful?

Not only masturbation but also ejaculation in general.

I heard semen has important vitamins and proteins. When we ejaculate our body knows it needs to produce more semen and immediately start gathering vitamins and proteins from our bodies.

If we over ejaculate, this process is nonstrop and depletes the body of bio energy or vitamins and important proteins.

This causes premature aging which includes hairloss, wrinkles, etc.

I heard that a male should ejaculate 1-2 a month. This will cause a person to live longer and better health overall.

This is not a theory but scientif fact. But society and doctors are lying to us because they want us to get sick so we use vitamin supplements and visit the doctor frequently. But ejaculation is a serious health issue.

What do you think?

wiseowl_00, When our bodies create semen it uses the best of the best from our bodies. Meaning it uses the highest quality of proteins, vitamins and minerals found in our bodies.

Our bodies look at reproduction as the most important event and will do what ever it takes to make sure we are ready to procreate using the best possible proteins and vitamins.

Ejaculation "may" or "may not" help with prostate cancer. Some articles say yes some say no.

But what is for sure is that semen is the "liquid of life", an our bodies #1 purpose is to be ready to pro-create. This meand depleting your own bodie from important life giving minerals and vitamins.

The more you ejaculate the more you age.
