yah it all depends on genes...weather youll have thick facial hair or how fast it will grow.... aslo how it will look..some people just cant grow a beard and only grow a mustache....if your dad has a thick beard, youll probaly have one too, and yes shaving does increase the thickness in your facial hair..... the more you shave the faster the hair grows...eventually they devide and youll have more..... it will happen naturally some people grow beards in between their 20-25s and some do when they are like 16... let nature take its course.....look at ur dad your beard might look like that.
