this is what I have done:
applied a c0ckstrap to the penile area and wiggle the penile tissue like I would my ears.
to help strength that process I have put a towel on the erect penis and "raised" the towel with the penile tissues. For a greater challenge and strength building I've done the wet towel.
to ejaculate without touching I started wearing briefs two sizes too small for me. I would gyrate in the briefs and friction from the fabric would do the job.
Eventually over time I would remove the penis via the brief leg and let the penis "flap'' against the thigh. This has given me the benefit of ejaculating without touching.
As time went by I was able to do the whole thing without any briefs on. I would jump up and down like doing jumping jacks. The penis would flap against the thigh and the abdomen.
