Pulling Back Foreskin?

I'm uncircumcised and I was wondering what was the best way to pull back my foreskin all the way, while still safe, easy, and also the quickest way to do so. Also, half of my foreskin, the left side, can pull most of the way back but the right half is still stuck to the top of my penis (not all the way stuck but more than the left side). And how much is all the way back if you're trying to pull your foreskin back? Is it to the little bump towards to top of your penis looking from the top?

by the way I'm 14 so i think i still have quite a ways to go.. just wondering like what i can use to speed up the process :)

well the best place to work on that is the bath as the warm water losens everything up and just gradually keep pulling it back until it eventually comes loose. many guys keep their foreskin attached until their teen years I didn't know this until recently because I could fully retract my foreskin at age 5. all the way back would mean being able to completely uncover the head and pull the skin back so you virtually couldn't tell you had a foreskin until you let go. if you can't do that and the foreskin is no longer attached you could have phimosis which is just a tight foreskin and a doctor can look at it and help you with it they have a cream now that helps losen up the skin.
