I don't think you'll find a course at your local college. Not even a correspondence course either.
Anyway - the purple hat and the feathers are only part of your whole ensemble. You need to get yourself some DVDs of Starsky & Hutch and pay a lot of attention to the stuff worn by the venerated Huggy Bear. Or you could keep your eyes open for pictures of Prince - now there's a man who knows just how to behave!
We need to see more 70's style short-fur coats out there on street corners, with the massive convertible pink Cadillacs and the laydeeeez.
Oh, and did I mention the gold rings - BIG GOLD RINGS... and lots of smiling teeth... sort of a cross between the eminently tasteful Mr T and Donny Osmond
