I went through a similar situation when i was young. I dont know your age but unless you are away from primary school you may not be physically ready. You cant ejaculate if there is nothing there.
What may be the problem is that your not giving it enough time, it doesnt just take seconds. You may have to work at it for 5 or 10 mins, and use your imagination to stimulate you.
It will take a while for you to discover the technique that best suits you.
