Question:

In today's London Metro there is a test called Fibroscan to detect liver disease. Where can I get this test

It said in the link below that they were doing tests in shopping centers in London and Manchester. But there is no mention of future tests.

Answers:

Why should you want a test?
If you believe you may have liver disease then you need proper professional medical advice and perhaps treatment so make an appointment to see your GP.
This scan is being offered by a private London Hospital and costs £235 a scan. Private medical treatment will be expensive!
("A new FibroScan® machine that uses the latest technology for diagnosing liver damage is now available at the private Princess Grace Hospital in central London. FibroScan® uses ultrasound elastography to measure liver stiffness - it is medically accepted that an unhealthy cirrhotic liver is firmer than a healthy liver. Expert consultants use the innovative computerised system to give patients an immediate, non-invasive and painless measurement of the health of their liver, without the need for an overnight stay in hospital.
