What is this stuff coming out of my penis before ejactulation?
I have a clear, almost semen like liquid coming out of my penis before I masturbate. What is this and how can I make more come out?

Pre-come is a small amount of fluid that leaks from a man's penis during foreplay and before actual ejaculation. It often contains sperm, therefore you should always use a condom as soon as the penis is erect if you are protecting against STD's or pregnancy.
The only way to make more of it, as this isnt really something that you can easily control is to increase your fluid intake, also abstain, thus causing buildup and use the stop and go method (ie go til you are about to have an orgasm, and then stop and wait for the feeling to subside, and go again)
