well whenever i "wack the wood" after im done it gets super sore and kinda hurts. is this a symptom of something or is it just sensitive i don't go super fast or rough just curious

Most probably it will be nothing strange or grave but now becomes difficult to understand what your problem could be by two lines you wrote here. Maybe, it is a light irritation your skin penis already has, either some low hygienic conditions, or right the high sensibility the glans gets as you mentioned..... etc. etc.
