I have small red bite looking thing above my testicles and under my penis its in the sac though please help?

please help i really need to know what it is its not on the testicles but above the testicles and below he penis its in the sac though it loos like a bite like a ant bite it doesnt hurt its really small like the size of a bite please help im only 15 and need answers

Sounds like a pimple man. I have had one there before too. It really freaked me the first time. It will go away in a couple days. Don't worry though.
