when i am reaching orgasm my nerves get swollen which i can feel at back of neck and in the ears , may i know what it is , and what should i do , because after that i feel like i am completeley drained out like blood is out of nerves , making it numb , what desease it is .....?

no but after that its terrible , i cant think clearly , and i feel very weak , neck and shoulders swollen
my head all numb , i have done all the MRA and MRI's all come clear all the blood test , all clear
the put me on Antidepressent drugs SSRI ,(cipram) which dont help me .
now guys what should i do
