Question:

Will I lose weight like this?

I'm 13 years old and I'm trying to lose my belly fat. I only weight 103 and I'm 4'8. Will I lose my fat belly if I exercise 4-5 times a week for 30 min doing crunches, push ups and cardio exercise? Also, considering in getting in karate and running for about 30 min a day. I eat a cereal for breakfast and usually with a fruit and some other days a waffle. For lunch, I may eat some meatballs or a sandwich. Finally, for dinner would be something filling. Will I be able to shed off the pounds in my belly like this? I'm not really into salads and all those complicated diets that they show... I am also cutting off all my sodas and drinking only water, atleast 8 cups per day, and not too much sugar and candy.

yes but only about 4-5 pounds a month.
