it depends per person by their body type. ectomorph's take long to get muscle and must work hard for it, go to the gym 5 times a week. mesomorphs gain muscle easily and probly already have a good bit of it. go to the gym 2-3 times a week. endomorphs are fat and its hard for them to burn fat. 5 times a week
