I think I may have ruptured a guy's groin. Can I be sued?

I was at a dance club and a guy made a smart remark that I found offensive....I reached down and grabbed his nuts and squeezed hard....he sort of went white and collapsed. I heard through his friend that he might need an operation...and that he might go to the police even. What happened here? I thought I'd just teach him a lesson....someone used the word "rupture". Am I going to be in trouble?

You should be arrested and sued. If your response to "offensive" comments is violence, you are as bad as a man who hits a woman. It's a two way street. Assault is assault, and you are guilty of assault. It CERTAINLY wasnt self defense. If you had tried that with me, I would have kicked your butt.
