My penis is about 1in soft and 31/2 in hard but i just started going through puberty. Is this normal?
im kinda scared that it would be too small but i just wanted to make sure if i would be able to get up to normal size or is this normal because im 14

Well, being perfectly honest, it is rather small. I'm 14, and it's about 3 soft, and 5 1/2 hard. You may just be late in puberty. How much pubic hair do you have, and where is it? This can help determine how far in puberty you are. But really, it is a little small. If it helps, ask some of your friends. They shouldn't mind helping you out if you really are that worried.
