on hard ill say 41/2 in. (didnt check)
but my penis is not fat....its like skinny but have a lil fat on it????

dont listen to those idiots. At youre age mine was like the same as yours. Now i am almost 16 and it is about 4 inch soft and 6.1 + depending on how excited i am. So dont worry. i grew like 3.5 - 4 hard to 6 in 0.8 years. Dont worry.
