That depends what country you live in, whether the participants are adults, and if they are men or women or a mixture.
Sodomy laws (which cover both oral and anal sex) still exist in many US states, but two years ago the Supreme Court struck down the Texas sodomy laws, making other states' laws questionable.
In the US, any mix of adults (males, females) can have an orgy, which is basically just group sex, provided this is done in a private place, and not for gain (no money changing hands).
In most states, Fornication refers to sex between a married person and someone other than their spouse. Some states do still have laws against this.
