Does sleeping with tight underwear can "harm" the penis in anyway because of erection ?
Or does the penis need its space for erection , and if it will not have it that will cause the penis to be weaker or twisted , or make pains , or will make noticeable vains ?
Seem to be that healty penis need is erection space , no ?

I would have to say this is all subjective. Depending on how big your penis is, how tight the underware is, if you are experiencing any pain. Some penises will bend to either side or up with no problems or damage. Some will probably need the extra room to stand straight up comfortably. I've never heard of "noticeable veins" because there are always noticeable veins on the penis.
