Do men use pantyhose after having a vasectomy to help w/healing?

I got mine 20 years ago. I have had a lot of men ask my advice on vasectomies. I usually will follow up with them after, to see how it went.
I never heard any reference to wearing pantyhose. I wore a jock strap for a week, to add support and speed the healing. As far as I know that is pretty standard procedure.
I guess pantyhose would work, and might be cheaper, but might not be so comfortable.
A vasectomy is a "piece of cake". You need not worry about your man.
