My penis hurts and i dont know what its from...help?

my penis is constantly hurting and im wondering if its from masterbating(which i do 5 times a week) and i dont no what it is...when i finish masterbating it hurts but that started 2 days ago..the feeling feels like its about to explode..this feeling has been happening for 2 weeks now

Don't masturbate for a while, to let things settle down. Then use a lube. If it still happens, see a urologist.
