5 Day workout good?!


Question:

5 Day workout good?

I have been doing a new 5 day workout. I am just wondering if it's good.

Mon- Chest/Tri's 6 different workouts for chest/3 for tri's
Tues- Back/Bi's 6 Different workouts for back/3 for bi's
Wed- Legs/Back/Abs 4-6 different workout for everything
Thurs-Tri's only 6 different workouts
Fri -Bi's only 6 different workouts
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
I do 4-6 reps within those workouts lifting heavy weight. I am not toning up so I don't do less weight and more reps. I also only do the large muscle groups once a week and the small one's like bi's and tri's twice a week. I have it spread out where my Bi's and Tri's get some rest. Also, on the days that I do bi's and tri's with other muscles I only do a light workout of 3 different workouts and a full workout when I do them by themselves. I had read many times that if you do a light workout and then rest and do a full workout on certain muscles that you can workout them out twice a week.
