Cold or something more? Please help.?!
Question: Woke up this morning with a sore throat, achy all over, if I stand up too long I start to get dizzy, and my nose feels like it does when you're in a swimming pool and you get water up it.
Is it a cold or something more?
I wasn't able to sleep all last night because of it.

sounds like a cold with an upper respiratory infection...thats the swimming pool feeling in your nose...like a peppery stinging sensation
im not sure but based from what you say, it could be a runny nose and your aching throat... try looking in the mirror using a flash light open your mouth wide and see if your tonsil/s are inflammed. that may be the reason why it aches.
Could be post nasal drip, start of the flu..I would check with a doctor for best results.
you have a cold to be honest just stay in bed and get some sleep
