No. You can pick anything and use it as the "bad guy" who ruined your life. Take alcohol and drugs for instance, they are not what ruins lives. It's the disease of alcoholism and addiction that causes ruined lives in this instance. It's all about you and how you handle what's in front of you and then taking responsibility for their affect on you. The truth is WE are responsible for how our lives turn out not anyone or anything else.
Just like everything else in society if miss-used it can be a bad thing. The problem is more are misusing it than using it for good. Just know what your getting into and have a smart head about it.
