Chest tightening?!

Question: 2 days ago i had diarrhea and a mild fever. i only recovered just a while ago. but after that i felt my chest tighten. it's kinda pain and it's lasting till now. im not feeling any difficulty in breathing and im not a smoker. im 18

I'm not a doctor, so I would advise that you see one if you are in considerable pain. You could have pleurisy, which is inflammation in your chest wall. Please see a doctor to make sure it is nothing serious!
