Answers: My blood pressure is normal. I am really stressed about bills!

have you been traveling? either way, eat a banana - the potassium is good for swelling.

cuz they just are...it's life

kidneys, if you urine is dark yellow go see a dock!!!

you are retaining fluid, try taking lasix,
It helps remove uneeded fluids,,,
I take it, It works
It makes you pee a lot tho!

Just a little water retention is all.

maybe too much salt intake. lay on ur left side for about 30 mins, it helps ur body drain excess fluids

You are probably retaining water. Cut the salt intake and drink more water. Doesn't make sense to me but it works.

it could be many things. try to put your feet up, lay on your bed and put a pillow under your feet.
if it continues for a couple of days consult your doctor

Feet usually swell when you face lot of exertion or due to travelling b'coz in second case u have to sit continuously in the same place like a bus or train and as the feet constantly hand downwards they swell.

Probably either you ate very salty foods or spent too much time standing immobile.
Walking "pumps" the swelling off if nothing else is wrong.

There is absolutely no way for me to answer this without knowing more about your situation so here are JUST a few things that can cause it and none of them may be related to your reason

Congestive Heart Failure
Bad circulation
On your feet too much/non supportive shoes
Overweight
Pre eclampsia (if pregnant)
Sprain/Strain/break
Allergic reaction to something

Try elevating them as much as possible and if it doesn't subside then see your doc My best to you

Do they swell up when it is hot???? If they do it is just because of the heat swelling up your muscles.

Are you on your feet a lot a work? I'm on my feet all day (I'm an RN) and my feet have a tendency to get quite swollen. Compression stockings are a great way to help blood flow in your feet. If you're worried, I would make an appointment with your doctor.
