Painful little buggers?!

Question: Ingrown hairs. How do you fix this? What do you do to make the red swolleness go away? I hurts and i feel diseased.

I do one of two things depending on the individual ingrown hair:
1 - squeeze it like you would a spot and the hair will show - then just pull it out
2 - use a needle to get the hair out of the skin and pull it out

Yikes...they aren't any fun...use a warm / hot compress on it and try to extract the hair, gently!
