I had that too when I was about 10, just scrub with a hard core cleansing foam with granulares in it. 'Rub and scrub' the foam with a rough cloth. I personally used St. Ives Apricot Scrub and scrubbed it with a slightly dampened bath sponge so it was rough. I also used a nail brush.

Worked so well, now I have smooth arms and never have had to worry about it again!

dry skin and sensitive skin lotion
lubriderm

calamine lotion
see a dermotologist if it dosent work

Medicated lotion or acne soap and scrubby!

rub some lotion on lt

I have that too. My doctor told me it was a vitamin D deficiency

put some lotion on it

proabably just dry skin, I get them too.

lather it up!

get of the drugs.

lotion try going to like cvs or something and look for the good kind for dry skin.

try to put dry skin lotion on it and if it doesn't go away in a couple days your gonna need to go to the doctor's.. it could be more then dry skin.

i have a lot of bumps too! not from dryness, but if urs is than keep lotion on it and see how it does, if it doesnt go away after about 2 or 3 weeks than its not from dry skin! i have it cuz it runs in the family....its like acne on the arms :(

I have those too and my doctor said it was eczema and will never go away.

rub your tummy and pat your head

put kreem lotion oil or somthin like that

When you take a shower, use a cloth to with soap to scrub them off. I've had the same bumps before. It is definitley dry skin. Also, try applying lotion on to it day by day, those bumps will be gone! =)

If skin lotion doesn't work, go see a dermatologist.

Hope it gets better!

Yep dry skin, I get that too but they hardly ever go a way, get some Eucerin lotion, it works great...

vitamin A

I have that too and when I keep my arms lotioned up they seem fine.

BUT, my doctor told me not to scrub it because it'll only inflame it and make it worse.

That happened to me when I was little. You might want to get dry skin lotion or some Aquaphor!

Probably lotion, try putting sun tan lotion on, maybe you should check with your doctor, it might be something serious.

It's a medical condition, no cure, but there are treatments. Good luck.

I have the same thing...it is dry skin. i've had it since i was like 12. i used to have the same thing all over my face and my mom would put peroxide on it and it completely went away. but it still stays on the back of my arms...i sure the heck ain't gonna spend time putting peroxide on my arms everyday...mine isn't that noticable

The bumps are probably keratosis pilaris (KP), which occurs when hair follicles get plugged with kertin ( a skin protein). Apply a cream with lactic acid (try AmLachtin, $15, dermstore.com); it clears the follicles and keeps your skin moist so KP doesn't return. Resist the urge to scrub; it can cause the follicles to become inflamed, making the condition worse.

I'LL TELL U WHAT WOULD HELP..AFTER A SHOWER/BATH PAT YOUR ARMS DRY INSTEAD OF RUBBING THEM WITH THE TOWEL, THEN APPLY A GOOD LOTION.

You get those bumps from lack of vitamins and water. I used to get them all the time but I changed my diet and now I almost never get them. I suggest you do the same.

try skin just put some good lotion on it i mean god lotion, take vaseline and cover yourself where you have the bumbs, put something old on and leave it on for some time, that is a good thing to do, try it it might work, good luck.

i know what it is as my sister has had it, it means you have been in the sun to long and you skin is becoming dry. no this can not harm you but i would start rinsing it with very cold wtaer everyday until the infection goes down

Use a skin cream- not lotion nor LICKING. Try using a noxema type cleanser--it smells good too and apply the cream after.

Visit the skin rash page at the source below for a diagnosis.

Hmm, have you tried licking them to see if they taste good?
